Welcome HSnamuringa To The R6 Roster

Join us in welcoming HSnamuringa to our Rainbow Six Siege roster. Over the years he has proven himself to be a force to be reckoned with for the teams he has played on and we don’t expect that to change as he joins our squad. If you follow Rainbow Six you will undoubtedly be familiar with HSnamuringa from his win at the OGA Pit Season 2 and 2nd place finish at the Pro League Season 8 Finals. While he was once one of our biggest rivals HSnamuringa is now one of our greatest strengths. He adds to the firepower of Nesk, SexyCake, psk1, and Paluh while also bringing a calm mind to tense situations and some terrific team play.
Team Manager Rafael Queiroz:
HSnamuringa is a championship quality player and is tremendously experienced in the international scene. He is used to playing in big tournaments and big matches which will bring even more consistency to the team. His high level of skill and the possibility to play the same role that Zig used to play gave us the idea that he is the perfect player for the position. We are very happy with his arrival to the team and we are sure that the future will be bright for all of us.
We are tremendously excited to see him play for us for the first time which will be at Allied Esports Las Vegas, starting on the 7th of June.

How does it feel to join Team Liquid? You were previously on our rival team, FaZe; how does it feel to be on the other side of that rivalry?
I feel happy to be in Liquid, the players that went through Liquid always spoke very well of the organization. There was always a lot of rivalry in games between FaZe and Liquid, and now that I’m on Liquid it is sure to be bigger.
When you were approached by Liquid, how did you set yourself apart from other candidates?
Liquid has always been well spoken of because it is a good organization that gives all the support that players need.
For our fans who are meeting you for the first time, what does “HSnamuringa” mean?
I don’t even know, a friend of mine from Warface gave me an account with this nickname and to this day I don’t know its meaning.
You have been a R6 Siege pro for a few years. Have you had playing experience with any of your new teammates in the past? Who do you know best?
At the beginning of my competitive career I worked with Sensi on Santos Dex and with Silence on Fontt and FaZe.
You’ll be moving in to the team house soon. Are you excited to live and practice with your new teammates? What kind of housemate do you think you’ll be? (ex. Will you be very clean, will you contribute to cooking, or will you be the party animal)
Knowing the atmosphere of which they usually live together I am very excited, I am also very excited to start training and competing. I think I'm going to be the more chill kind of housemate.
You will be replacing an iconic player in ziG. How does it feel to have such big shoes to fill?
It is certainly a great responsibility not only within the team but mainly for the fans, many began to cheer and follow the competitive scene because of him. So I will give more than my maximum to well represent ziG, for himself, for the team and for the Liquid fans.
Aside from being a great player ziG was also known for his looks and physique. Do you think you’ll be able to replace that as well?
Replacing is a very strong word in that sense, but I will start to focus on the “ziG 2020” project.
What role will you be playing for the team? What unique skills do you have that will benefit the team?
During attacks, I’ll be the intermediate player and second support depending on the tactic, and during defenses I will be the second support. I have a quality that I believe will help a lot the team, that is to always maintain tranquility during high-pressure matches.
Do you expect any changes to the team’s overall strategy with your addition? Will we see a bigger operator pool?
Like all changes of players in teams, there will always have strategic and even function changes for innovations and adaptations according to the team’s needings. As no player can be equal to the other it becomes necessary.
What are your personal goals now that you’ve joined Team Liquid?
The main goal is to get as many titles as possible and impossible, I want to get at least one Invitational and a Major and if possible a lot more than that, having the Team Liquid’s cavalry on top of the world again.

Entrevista com HSnamuringa
Como se sente entrando para a Team Liquid? Você já esteve em nosso time rival, a FaZe; como é agora estar do outro lado dessa rivalidade?
Eu me sinto feliz em estar na Liquid, os players que passaram pela Liquid sempre falavam muito bem da organização. Como todo "clássico" sempre tem a rivalidade, nos jogos entre FaZe e Liquid sempre teve muito, e, agora que estou na Liquid, com certeza será maior.
Quando abordado pela Liquid, o que acha que a diferenciou dos demais nomes?
A Liquid sempre foi bem falada por ser uma boa organização que fornece todo suporte que os players precisam.
Para nossos fãs que estão te conhecendo agora, o que "HSnamuringa" significa?
Meio que nem eu sei, um amigo meu do Warface me deu uma conta com esse nick e até hoje eu não soube o motivo do nome.
Você já joga Rainbow Six profissionalmente a alguns anos. Você já teve alguma experiência de jogo com seus novos companheiros de equipe? Qual deles você conhece melhor?
No início do competitivo eu trabalhei com o Sensi na Santos Dex. também trabalhei nos tempos de Fontt e inicio da FaZe.
Você vai se mudar para a casa do time em breve. Você está animado para viver e praticar com seus novos companheiros de equipe? Que tipo de colega de casa você acha que será?
Sabendo o clima do qual eles costumam viver juntos eu estou bem animado, também estou super animado para o início dos treinos e dos campeonatos. Eu acho que serei mais o tipo de cara que “fico na minha”.
Você estará substituindo um jogador icônico, o ziG. Como você se sente com uma responsabilidade tão grande como essa?
Certamente é uma grande responsabilidade não só dentro do time, mas principalmente pros torcedores, muitos começaram a torcer e acompanhar o competitivo pela divulgação dele. Então darei mais do que meu máximo para representar da melhor forma possível o ziG para ele mesmo, para o time e para os torcedores da Liquid.
Além de ser um ótimo jogador, ziG também era conhecido pela sua aparência e físico. Acha que conseguirá o substituir nesse lado também?
Substituir é uma palavra muito forte nesse sentido, mas vou começar a focar no projeto “ziG 2020”.
Em que posição você estará atuando no time? Qual qualidade única você tem que irá beneficiar a equipe?
Durante os ataques farei a função de intermediário e, dependendo da tática, de segundo suporte, já nas defesas serei o segundo suporte. Tenho uma qualidade que acredito que vá ajudar muito o time que é sempre manter a tranquilidade em partidas de muita pressão.
Você espera muitas mudanças nas estratégias do time com a sua entrada? Veremos uma maior variedade de operadores?
Como todas as trocas de jogadores em times, sempre haverão mudanças estratégicas e até mesmo de funções, para inovações e adaptações conforme as necessidades da equipe. Como nenhum player consegue ser igual ao outro isso se torna necessário.
Quais são seus objetivos pessoais agora que está na Team Liquid?
Conseguir conquistar o máximo de títulos possíveis e impossíveis, quero conseguir pelo menos um Invitational e um Major e, se possível, muito mais do que isso, quero levar a cavalaria ao topo do mundo novamente.
