We're Hiring: Full Time and Part Time Client Coordinators

A successful esports team is more than just a collection of players, coaches and managers. There is a support system that allows our teams to do what they do best, and part of that is interfacing with clients and fulfilling our obligations. We are searching for a full time and a part time client coordinator who can manage our key accounts and keep everyone happy.

Full Time Client Coordinator



Job Title: Client Coordinator.
Type: Full Time.
Location: Utrecht, NL.
Reports to: Head of Client Services.

A successful candidate is:


  • Amiable. Our ideal candidate will help us build our rapport with our sponsors, clients, and other organizations, and they must have a personality that promotes positive relationships.
  • Organized. Beyond answering emails and attending meetings, our client coordinator will facilitate the timely fulfillment of our obligations to our clients.
  • Accommodating. Managing requests will be a big part of the job, and our ideal candidate must be able to adjust and prioritize as necessary.
  • A strong communicator. As our liaison to our clients, our ideal candidate must communicate clearly and respectfully at all times.
  • Confident. Our client coordinator will be working with both endemic and non-endemic organizations, and they must have the disposition to succeed in a high pressure environment.
  • Resolute. Our ideal candidate must be able to stand firm on our decisions but compromise when necessary, and search for solutions to potential conflicts.


Requirement/Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience as an account manager or account executive highly preferred.
  • EU residents highly preferred, but will make exceptions for outstanding candidates.


Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an open channel of communication with our clients on a daily basis by responding to emails, attending meetings, and sending follow-ups.
  • Receive requests from clients and seek solutions for those requests.
  • Manage deliverables, meetings and on-site activations for our sponsors.
  • Coordinate with other departments on the fulfillment of client deliverables.
  • Accomplish all tasks and approved requests on schedule.
  • Maintain and update a document with requested, pending and completed deliverables.
  • Assist the department head on all tasks regardless of focus or specialization.
