Liquid'Halo changes moving forward...

April 29 2016
Over the past couple of months, our Halo team has experienced a lot of changes. Despite the flux of players, our team still managed to stay competitive with the best teams in the world. We narrowly lost in the quarterfinals of the the Halo World Championships—a tough 2-3 loss to Denial after topping our group. Although our troop of talented guys has accomplished much, we must now bid farewell to two of our four current members.

Ace and Heinz were key contributors to the success of Liquid`Halo, and we are sad to see them go. As you may know by now, Ace has decided to rejoin OpTic Gaming, and we are sure he will do well with his former organization. Heinz has yet to find a new team, but we are confident that success will follow him as well.

In their place, a familiar face and a young talent have joined. Spartan is back on Liquid after stops with Winterfox and Renegades, and we hope that his second stint will be even more fruitful than the last. We've also enlisted his former Renegades teammate, StelluR. The young man has set his sights quite high and we know that our fans will warm up to him quickly.

"I'm excited to be back on TL. It's a completely different roster than last time, and this time around things will be different. This line-up has the potential to do great things in the upcoming season of HCS, and I have no doubt in my mind that if we put in the time and effort, we will find ourselves on top. With practice and fine-tuning of small things, we can really do some damage."

- Tyler "Spartan" Ganza

"I am thrilled to get the opportunity to represent a storied organization such as Team Liquid. It will be exciting to grow as a team and an org. I feel that Team Liquid will provide the best opportunities for our team, and I cannot wait to see what the future holds."

- Braedon "StelluR" Boettcher

APG, Eco (The Assassin Formerly Known as UnLegit), Spartan and StelluR round out our gang of four, and we look forward to what this group can accomplish together.
